its boston's restaurant week this month. and this year my friends and i were only able to go two restaurants. the first one we went was ristorante villa francesca in north end. i really enjoyed their food especially the tiramisu. the only thing i didnt like was that we sat in the basement and was a bit claustrophobic. so i kept staring at their painting during dinner. beside that i will definitely come back.

the second restaurant we went to is call marliave for lunch in the downtown area. it's actually the 4th oldest restaurant in boston. the food there are to die for, serving mainly french cuisine with some american influence like the mac and cheese. they even have $1 oysters and clams during from 4-6pm and 9-10pm daily, which i am looking forward to go next time.
