for the last past year i been wanting to purchase a pair of toms. i read a lot of reviews on how comfortable they are. and they are right. i been wearing my toms everywhere i go. not to mention they are very cute and stylish. and the plus side is that with every pair of toms purchase, toms will donate a pair to a child in need. so i give it two thumbs up.

restaurant week in beantown
its boston's restaurant week this month. and this year my friends and i were only able to go two restaurants. the first one we went was ristorante villa francesca in north end. i really enjoyed their food especially the tiramisu. the only thing i didnt like was that we sat in the basement and was a bit claustrophobic. so i kept staring at their painting during dinner. beside that i will definitely come back.

hi...i'm back!!!!
omg! made my first and only blog entry almost a year ago. (head knodding) so bad... so i decide not to be lazy and start updating my blog. hehee... especially this coming year, i have so much thing going on in my life and would like to share them. =) so hopfully i can keep it up.
the first thing i would like to share is that i'm gonna be a maid of honor for my very good friend stella (yay!!!) who i consider more as a sister than a friend. from the moment we met and became friends, we were always there for one another. sometime i even think that it was faith for us to meet. before we even met, i even had a sticky pic of her from a mutual friend diana who i went to hs with. it wasnt until we graduated from college i realize the girl standing next to my friend was stella. =)
a lot people thought i met stella at umass amherst during our freshman year. but we actually met in 2001 during our winter break. as a umass student we had a month off from school. so to earn extra $$$ before school starts, we worked at boston college bookstore.
til this day i still remember how we started talking. she came up to me during our lunch break and asked me "are you chinese???" which i replied in an awkward "yes". but after that she said "you look like one of my friend". n i laughed it off and joked "does your friend happen to chrissy?" she was shocked when i said that because her friend happen to be the same chrissy i was referring. and the story behind why i said chrissy's name is because i actually went to hs with chrissy and our teachers will often get us mix up. (but i dont think we look anything a like) =)

little did we know our friendship would have blossom so much over the years. especially during our junior year we end up being roommates. even pledging for the same sorority kappa phi lambda together. it was also the year i declared my major as hospitality tourism management. which stella had declared during her freshman year. so we had alot of class together. and during summer of 2003 we even traveled to europe to study abroad for a month. so you can say we literally saw each other 24/7. and to our surprises we never got sick or annoyed with each other. well...maybe some minor arguements here and there. but that's what sister do. =)
so right now i'm just very exited and eager for feb 23, 2013 to come soon. and is very happy and excited that stella ask me to be her maid of honor. no word can describle how happy i am for stella and sulton to find each other. but i do want to wish them many years of joy and happiness and that i am honor and thankful to be part of the wedding party. =)
